CMT – Tamarind Derivatives

CMT is the series of tamarind derivatives used vastly for textile printing. It is used with disperse dyes for polyester printing and its blend fabrics. Its chemical structure is Anionic Polysaccharides or Carboxyl Methyl Tamarind. Our CMT products has excellent water solubility and gives higher printing value. It can be used as direct printing as well as discharge printing. It can be customized as per the requirements of customers. Our quality assurance department make sure that all the products, including customized blend product meet all the required specification.

  Note- Viscosity is measured with Brookfield Viscometer RVF Model at 20 RPM with spindle 6 at 25° C

Tamarind Kernerl Powder

Tamarind Kernel Powder is derived from the plant Tamarindus Indica. Tamarind fruit is a pod, which is 12 to 15cm (3 to 6 inches) in length and 1 to 1.5 cm in width, with a hard brown coloured shell. The pulp and the seeds are separated. The seeds are further de-husked, broken, cleaned and ground to obtain Tamarind Kernel Powder. Tamarind Seeds consist of 35% Husk 65 % White Kernel.

The white kernel obtained of tamarind seeds are utilized for producing Tamarind Kernel Powder.Tamarind kernel is rich in Protein, Carbohydrates, Fibers and Oils.

Tamarind Kernel powder has excellent water absorption property and high viscosity as well. It is applied as thickening agent in sizing process of textile industry and printing industry. It is also applied in pharma industry for its binding property.It is commonly known by its short name as TKP.TKP falls into the category of Natural gums and just like Guar, Xathan and other gums, TKP is bio-compatible, bio-degradable, non- toxic, natural polymer.It is effectively used for sizing in dyeing & printing Industry.

It is used as a sizing material in paper industry. It increases the tensile strength of paper and ensures regular distribution of pulp fiber. It is also used as an extender in plywood industries in UF glue

Cold Water TKP

Tamarind kernel powder includes all of the constituents found in the tamarind seed kernel: polysaccharide (composed of uronic acid and the neutral sugars arabinoss, xylose, mannose, glucose, and galactose), protein, and any other cellular debris from the tamarind kernel seed. This TKP is crude and insoluble in cold water (in the range of 5-35°C). TKP is dissolved in hot water and used in sizing, rubber paper and plywood. Our latest process helps us to make this hot water TKP to cold water TKP. This cold-water- solubilization process, produces a dry, crude TKP product containing all of the TKP constituents and exhibiting cold-water solubility. This product is similar in appearance and physical properties to TKP so it can be used fot the same purposes as TKP.

  Note- Viscosity is measured in hot solution(105 deg hot water) by Brookfield viscometer @ 25° c, spindle 6.

DPG – Guar Derivatives

DPG is the series of Guar Gum derivatives used vastly for textile printing. It is used with disperse dyes, acid dyes, direct dyes and vat dyes for polyester, wool, silk and cotton printing and its blend fabrics. Its chemical structure is nonionic Polysaccharides. Our DPG products has excellent water solubility and gives higher printing value. It can be used as direct printing as well as discharge printing. It can be customized as per the requirements of customers. Our quality assurance department make sure that all the products, including customized blend product meet all the required specification.

CMG – Guar Derivatives

CMG series contains all the derivatives obtained from Guar Gum. This product range is best suited for cotton printing. It gives good colour yield and has good handling capacity after washing. It can be used as direct printing. It has excellent flow properties and can be easily washed off after the colour is fixed.

CMS is a cold water soluble polysaccharide used in various application including textile printing. It is derived from starch and is soluble in water under normal temperature which forms transparent, colorless and viscous liquid. It is biodegradable and nontoxic.
